Support University East Little League

 

University East Little League is a volunteer-run, community based organization that depends on the financial support of sponsors and private citizens to provide a world class baseball and softball experience to the girls and boys of the East Charlotte and University City neighborhoods of Charlotte, NC.  

It costs between $116.94 to $223.21 to field each player for one season.  This amount includes uniforms, field rental, umpires and equipment.  We believe that every child that wants to play softball and baseball should be able to and that no child should be left out due to financial circumstances.  Accordingly we keep our registration fees affordable to families and offer payment plans to help ease the financial burden.

While it costs between $116.94 to $223.21, our registration fees range from $85 to $175 per player in order to keep it affordable for families in our area.  Our registration fees only cover a portion of the cost to field each player.  We depend on the generosity of donors, the support of sponsors, and community fundraisers to help meet the remaining portion of our operating costs.

Coaching is a very challenging and rewarding way to get involved with University East Little League.  As a coach, you will have the opportunity to teach the game of softball or baseball while instilling important life values that transcend the game.

We have a need for both managers and assistant coaches in all divisions.

We Need Volunteers

We are a volunteer run organization that depends on community support through volunteering and donations. All volunteers are screened and must pass a nationwide background check.

We could use your help.

We volunteer assistance with both league administration activities and game day execution. Just as it takes all kinds to make the world go 'round, we need all types of people to make our young league successful. So whether you are an office bound computer geek, or a hands-on, outdoor boots-on-the-ground type, or anywhere in between, we could use your help.

Corporate Sponsorship/Opening Day Sponsorship: $1,500.00 +

Our most anticipated and attended annual event. Opening Day Sponsorship will provide you business with the most exposure at UELL, Opening Day: Saturday, April 6

• Special recognition during Opening Day Ceremonies (in front of approximately 500 baseball players, theircoaches and parents). Optional booth or display set up for a full day of activities.
• Six (6) broadcast announcements promoting your company during Little League games of the day.
• Two (2) – 5 x 3 field signs placed on each Little League field (1 year)
• Website banner listing your company information and logo on our widely used UELL website
• (www.universityeastlittleleague.com) along with a link to your website if you choose.
• Corporate “special recognition” plaque presented in person on Opening Day of baseball
• All the additional benefits with Sponsorship of an individual Little League baseball team (see below)

Corporate Sponsorship/Closing Day Sponsorship: $1,500.00 +

Closing Day Sponsorship will provide you business with the most exposure at UELL. Closing Day: Saturday, June 2

• Special recognition during Closing Day Ceremonies (in front of approximately 500 baseball players, their coaches and parents). Optional booth or display set up for a full day of activities.
• Six (6) broadcast announcements promoting your company during Little League games of the day.
• Two (2) – 5 x 3 field signs placed on each Little League field (1 year)

Field Sponsorship: $1,200.00

This is a new exciting sponsorship this year. With a field sponsorship the actual field will be named after the sponsor for 2 seasons (Spring and Fall). For example, Field 3 will be known as “John Doe Carpet Field” much like the Panthers have “Bank of America Stadium”. This is a great way to have your business name mentioned constantly with our families. The field will have a sign with your company name, logo and website. It will also be updated on our website and labeled your name on all schedules.

Team Sponsorship with Field Sign Combo: $500.00

• Advertise on individual player sleeves: Sponsor name on the sleeve of all player’s uniforms for their team sponsorship.
• Advertise on our web page: Web site visitation has dramatically increased due to on-line registration, team pages, instructions/documents, and many other valuable features available to parents, players and coaches.

• Just a click away: Sponsor’s direct link to their own corporate web page.
• Team plaque recognizing the sponsor: Each sponsor will receive a display team picture plaque expressing
• UELL’s appreciation.
• One (1) field sign: Professionally produced signs, with state of the art graphics, are placed on the outfield
• fences and will remain there for one year. Sign size: 5 x 3 with up to 3 colors on a weather-resistant banner.

Team Sponsorship: $300.00

•  Advertise on individual player sleeves: Sponsor name on the sleeve of all player’s uniforms for their team sponsorship.

Outfield Sign Sponsorship: $300.00

One (1) field sign: Professionally produced signs, with state of the art graphics, are placed on the outfield fences and will remain there for one year. Sign size: 5 x 3 with up to 3 colors on a weather-resistant banner.

• Optional annual renewal rate of $150.00
• Professionally produced signs, with state of the art graphics, are placed on the outfield fences and will remain there for one year -- Spring, Summer and Fall seasons of baseball.

Website Listing Supporter Sponsorship: $50.00
