University East Little League UNCC Concessions Fundraising Program
University East Little League has partnered with University of North Carolina at Charlotte to raise funds for our league by volunteering to work concessions stands at sporting events on the university campus.
Roles and Responsibility
Concession Manager
- Maintain concessions crew roster and schedule
- Manage concessions crew
- Serve as liaison between UNCC and University East Little League staff, management and leadership
- Track inventory
- Track concession sales
- Assure concessions stand operates according to league and university policies and standards
Concessions Crew Member
- Setup and breakdown concession stand before and after events
- Operate concession stand
- Sell concessions
- Turn in funds from sales to the concession manager
