Coaching at University East Little League

University East Little League coaches teach our young players how to play the game of baseball and softball.  Our coaches challenge our players to do their best and give maximum effort at all times.  Everyday they strive to exemplify and impress our four core values into the hearts and minds our our players:  leadership, intensity, focus and etiquette.  All of our coaches donate their time to help us create a world-class softball and baseball experience for our players and their families.

Coaching is a very challenging and rewarding way to get involved with University East Little League.  As a coach, you will have the opportunity to teach the game of softball or baseball while instilling important life values that transcend the game.

We have a need for both managers and assistant coaches in all divisions.  

Becoming a coach is easy!  Just following the 4-step process outlined in the Coaching Checklist to get started.

4. Attend the coaching clinic/workshop on Saturday, March 4 at 10:00 am at Newell Park, 9130 Newell Baptist Church Road, Charlotte, NC 28213.
